Nate Gray, born Nathan Elijah Gray, in Evergreen Park, Illinois. He was raised in Chicago and lived with his mom and brother. He has always had the odds against him since he’s been in this world, and has always overcome the odds! His family thought they would lose him at an early and impressionable age coming up to his first birthday. He was always a very sick baby with recurrent sicknesses. The doctor once told his mom that she had gotten him to the hospital just in time because if it was one more minute, he would have been dead. Now today in life, at age 27, Nate Gray is not bothered by any trouble that comes his way. He always says, “If it was going to be over for me, it would have been over then (referring to when he was a sick baby).” Anytime he faces trials and tribulations that are not looking good for him, he always reminds himself that he did not come this far for nothing! He refers to himself as the Chosen1.

CPS Initiative:
Nate Gray donating to Chicago Public Schools. Nate Gray is a class of 98 graduate of Whitney Young High School in Chicago, and he wants to inspire and motivate the youth. Funding in the CPS system has always been an issue, and Nate Gray wants to contribute to the cause for the youth in schools in today. A portion of book proceeds will be donated to CPS.
